Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, the pool offered breathtaking ocean views, and we even spotted whales and dolphins playing in the distance. The entertainment area was perfect for the whole family, providing a fun and relaxing space to enjoy quality time together. Our children loved splashing in the pool under our supervision, making unforgettable memories in this idyllic setting.
For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated play area for children.

The outdoor deck with BBQ is perfect for sundowners. The lodge is inspired by a boardwalk and has ocean views from the living area. The local farmers' market is festive and the Cango Caves are worth a visit.
Who needs hair dryers and large duvets anyway?

Breathtaking views and peaceful setting in the forest above the coast. The highest unit offers spectacular views and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean is a dream. The 2 bedroom chalet was amazing and spacious, with beautiful furnishings. Walking distance to restaurants if you're up for the climb.
The stairs can be challenging, especially for those with walking difficulties or elderly guests. Some units may have limited views and may not be serviced upon arrival.

The cozy and inviting decor of the hotel made me feel right at home. The soft colors and comfortable furniture were perfect for my age, allowing me to relax and unwind. The general areas, such as the lounge and dining area, were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. I appreciated how everything was designed with our comfort in mind.
I would have loved to see more assistance offered to senior guests. While the staff were friendly, I felt that they could have been more attentive to our specific needs.

The Lounge Area: The lounge area at the lodge is a hidden gem. I spent my evenings on the outdoor deck with a gas BBQ, enjoying late afternoon sundowners while taking in the splendid sea views. It felt like having my own private seaside retreat.

The rim-flow swimming pool and entertainment area were out of this world. Chillin' by the pool, we had a sick view of the ocean, and we even spotted some whales and dolphins doin' their thing. And get this, there was this massive tree in a forest that had a short hiking trail. It was like somethin' out of a fantasy movie!
Just one thing, bro. If there was a better party scene, this place would be perfect for us young, fun-loving peeps.

We stayed at Boardwalk Lodge for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect for relaxation. The view from our spacious chalet was AMAZING, with no noise except for the soothing sound of the sea. The unit was well-equipped and had a cozy gas fireplace that warmed up the whole living area. The staff, including Karl and the night porter, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, we even got to see dolphins swimming along the coast! The location was peaceful and the short drive to restaurants and the beach was convenient.
100% Recommend this hotel.
